Silver Leaf PrePaid Card
- Provide the 16-digit card number in order to set up an online account
- Returning Silver Leaf customers can simply sign in
- Card holders registering for the first time will be required to have a valid email address (any old email address will do as long as the customer has access to it)
Any questions about the card can be directed to a Silver Leaf customer care agent by calling the number on the back of the card. Please note the Silver Leaf prepaid card is not a credit card and customers can only spend the amount of money on the card. When using the Silver Leaf card customers must have a form of back up payment (i.e. cash, check, credit card) if the total purchase amount is greater than the balance on the Silver Leaf card.
