KFC patrons in the UK and Ireland now have the opportunity to offer their feedback through a quick and simple online Guest Experience Survey. Not only will this feedback help KFC to better hone their food quality and dining experience, but participants can also earn a free reward in the form 20% off their next KFC order. The information provided to the survey will remain totally private, as will any personal data. KFC will not disclose this information for marketing purposes, nor will they collect information from participants’ computers. Personal info will only be used for research purposes.
KFC customers who decide to participate in the survey will be required to enter the following info
- KFC Store number
- Order number
- Date of order purchase
- Time of purchase
- All such info can be found on the KFC receipt
KFC allows the customer to comment on their experience via multiple criteria. For example, KFC customers will be prompted to answer a variety of questions via the online form. These questions cover everything from the overall value of the food for the price paid to the friendliness of the KFC employees. And of course, customer satisfaction is paramount, so patrons can rank their satisfaction regarding food taste, restaurant cleanliness, and speed of service. Upon completion of KFC’s Guest Experience Survey, participants will receive a validation code they can then use to redeem the offer listed on the receipt. All offers are subject to the rules outlined by KFC on the receipt.
