• To sign in and access your account, you will need to provide two pieces of information – your TMF username (previously registered) and your password you created during sign up

• If you are attempting to create an account for the first time you can visit the sign up link on the main page and enter your Christus TMF Activation Code, zip code, and date of birth to begin the registration process
