• The two credit cards offered are the Avianca Vida Visa Card and Avianca Vuela Visa Card and both cards can be applied for through the credit card page by following the application links
• When starting a new application for either card you will be required to provide your LifeMiles Membership Number and your promotional code (if available) – next you will complete the rest of the application (personal info)
• The Vida Card currently offers a 20K Miles Bonus and has a $59 annual fee.  The Vuela Card offers 40K Bonus Miles and has a $149 annual fee.  Bonus miles are awarded after first purchase is made on a new card
• In addition to bonus miles offered for new cardholders, consumers are eligible to receive miles for all purchases on their card including bonus miles for purchases with Avianca
