Banner University Medical Center MyChart Login:

• Patients of Banner University Medical Center Tuscon Facilities can use the MyChart access page to view their health information online through the main login page
• In order to log in you will need to have registered with an online MyChart Username and use your personal password – this will allow you to access your health records
• If you have not yet set up your online account with MyChart you can do so by clicking on the new user link – you will need to have your MyChart Activation code in order to register
• Enrollment letters are sent to eligible patients for the MyChart access page and is where you can find the MyChart Activation code – this code is only needed for the new sign up process
