MMI has long prided themselves on offering their customers the most efficient service, and always with a smile. It’s for that reason that they’ve risen to become the fan favorite they are. But you don’t maintain a stellar reputation by being complacent, and no one knows this more than MMI. That’s why they are always looking to raise their game. Now, folks have the opportunity to sound off about their last customer experience with MMI. If the experience was great, MMI wants to hear about it. Ditto if it left something to be desired. Any and all feedback is welcome, as it can only help MMI to grow. Plus, because all help is appreciated, MMI is thanking survey participants by offering them a discount on their next visit.
How to take the MMI online survey
- Visit the promotional page (see below)
- Enter the coupon number as it appears on the bottom of your customer receipt
- Click “Start”
- Answer the MMI survey questions when prompted
- Complete the survey and receive your discount
At times during the survey, the administrator may ask for personal information, such as name and email. MMI values their customers’ privacy, and as such would never sell or otherwise disclose this information to third parties unless requested to do so by the survey taker. All information collected is for marketing purposes as well as the fulfilling incentives. The survey will also use online data-gathering tools such as cookies to determine IP information.
