It dates back to the mercantile days of the country, and since those times “Penny’s” has always placed a premium on making sure their customers leave satisfied. But great customer service isn’t an end unto itself; it is a constant evolution. JCPenny understands this, which is why they are actively looking for feedback from valued customers in order to better hone their service standards. All that’s required is for folks to make a purchase in a JCPenny store, and they can then use their receipt to access the survey.

How to take the JCPenny customer satisfaction survey

• Visit the promotional page (see below)
• Locate the 22-digit access code found on the bottom of the receipt and enter it into the requisite field
• Answer the survey questions when prompted
• Complete the survey and receive a coupon for 10% off your next visit
• JCPenny staff are not eligible to participate in the survey

Those who wish to participate in the survey should be aware they only have seven days from the time of purchase that the access code is valid. After seven days, folks will have to make another JCPenny buy in order to be eligible to participate in the survey. Also, JCPenny may request certain personal information over the course of the survey, such as name and email. This information will be used to fulfill incentives, and will never be sold to third parties.
