  • This webpage allows Huddle House Customers to provide feedback and input regarding recent visits to a Huddle House location in order to improve the quality of your experience
  • In order to complete this survey, customers will need to hold on to their receipt which was provided during the check out process – this will include the survey webpage and code
  • The survey you complete will be specific to your visit.  This is why the code is required to complete the survey.  Please note you will have seven days from your visit to complete
  • Once you complete the survey, you will then be given an additional code which will include any rebate or discount which was noted on the survey receipt

Huddle House, along with many popular food chain business, invites customers who have recently dined at their establishments to complete a guest satisfaction survey.  The purpose of these surveys is to collect data from a large group of people which can then be analyzed to determine areas in which opportunity exists to provide better customer satisfaction.  If you recently dined at a Huddle House restaurant and have saved your receipt, you can check to see if you have a survey code which can be used to access your survey within 7 days of your dining experience.  Your survey code will be found on your receipt and will consist of 15 digits which must be entered prior to accessing the survey form.  It is encouraged to provide your honest feedback as these surveys are the basis for future improvements for many companies.
