But David Clulow Opticians and Eyewear is no naïve; they understand that to maintain their sterling reputation they require constant feedback. This is where the customer comes in. Those who have recently visited David Clulow are invited to participate in a short survey that will greatly help the organization to improve.
How to participate in the David Clulow Opticians and Eyewear Survey

- Enter the survey code as it appears on the bottom of the receipt
- Enter the date and time of the previous visit (shown on the left of the receipt)
- Enter the amount spent on the previous visit
- Click “Start”
- Answer the survey questions when prompted
Those who complete the survey may be eligible for a discount or reward on their subsequent visit.
