For years, Hometown Pet has been providing Middle Tennessee residents with all the products needed to care for their dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and even backyard poultry. And they haven’t earned their reputation for excellent customer care by being indifferent. They are always looking to improve and grow their operation, and to do that they need the help of you, the customer. Folks can offer their two cents by taking a short survey online. Those who do take the time to complete it will not only do their part to let Hometown Pet know what they’re doing right, they will also be entered to win a Sweepstakes prize of $2,500.

How to take the Hometown Pet Customer Satisfaction Survey

  • Visit the promotional website (see below)
  • Enter the ticket number as seen on the left side of your customer receipt
  • Enter the date and time of your last Hometown Pet visit, as seen on the right side of the receipt
  • Enter the store number
  • Enter the register number
  • Click “Start” and complete the survey

Once the survey is completed, participants will automatically be entered into the Tractor Supply Company/Del’s Store/Hometown Pet Customer Satisfaction Survey. That’s right, those who win the Grand Prize will receive a $2,500 gift card valid at any Tractor Supply Company/Del’s Store/Hometown Pet. Random drawings will decide a total of 12 Grand Prize winners, and the deadline to enter is 12/31/15.
