How to take the Goldsmiths promotional survey

- Select the store visited, date of visit, and time of visit (this information can be found on your Goldsmiths customer receipt)
- Click “Next”

- Provide your personal details to complete the survey
One 500-pound gift card will be awarded each month during the Goldsmiths survey period.
