• The promotion is sponsored by Meredith Corporation who are headquartered at 1716 Locust St., Des Moines, Iowa
• One (1) entry per person and per email address, per Website, per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period which is defined as 02/01/15 through 06/30/15
• The 25k winner will be announced on July 14, 2015 and the drawing will include ALL eligible entries received
• Contestants must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the US
• The 10k winner will be required to complete Affidavit of Eligibility, IRS W9 form, and Release of Liability/Publicity
• Once  submitted all entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to the contestant

After the drawing has been conducted please write to: Winner’s Name $25,000 Sweepstakes, 1716 Locust St., LS 321, Des Moines, IA 50309 for a mailing to include a winners list.  The list will not be available until 07/30/15 and contestants are asked to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.  Anyone who is not willing to share their information upon winners list request should not enter the Fitness Magazine BHG Spring promotion.
