Cabelas Retail Survey Customer Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age or older.  The Cabela’s Customer Survey Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Cabelas or any affiliate companies and contestants can complete the survey by shopping at one of the Cabela’s store to receive a purchase receipt with a survey invitation code.
