 Big Lots! Customer Satisfaction Survey:

  • Big Lots! customers who have recently shopped in store are invited to participate in the customer survey and provide feedback regarding their recent experience
  • To begin the survey, customers will need to first select what language they would like to take the survey in – there are two options available, English and Spanish
  • Once your preferred language has been selected you will then be directed to the survey page which will request information that can be found on the receipt from your recent purchase
  • An easy to follow graphic is available on the survey website which provides customers a guide to locate the specific pieces of information requested to initiate the survey

Businesses rely on customer feedback to improve the overall experience and thanks to the age of the internet companies are able to be provided with more feedback than ever before.  This survey is available for customers who made a purchase and there is a version available for customers who did not make a purchase.  Both participants are eligible to receive prizes for participating in the survey process  – no purchase is necessary to win.

Your receipt will be needed to find the information specific to your visit.  By using the information found on your receipt, Big Lots! is able to associate your responses with your specific purchase and experience to provide an incredibly accurate survey relating to your visit.

Additional Information Regarding the Big Lots! Survey:

  • Customers will need to provide their transaction number, store number, time of visit, and date of visit – all of this information will be on your receipt
  • There are 4 quarterly drawings during the survey sweepstakes period and during each drawing one customer will be selected to be the recipeint of a $300 Big Lots! gift card
