BBListens Survey is a customer satisfaction survey that is offered by Brown & Brown Insurance, an independent insurance company that provides a range of insurance products and services to individuals, corporations, public organizations, institutions, trade organizations and professional clients through its licensed subsidiaries.
BBListens customer satisfaction survey is only open to the legal residents of the United States who are the majority age by the time of the participation in order to be eligible for the survey prize (aka 18 years of age or older in most cases). Since customers who participate in the survey are entered into a sweepstakes draw for the prize, the survey is closed to all customers from states where sweepstakes are forbidden or restricted.
How to participate in the Brown & Brown Insurance survey (step by step guide)
- Visit the Brown and Brown promotional web page
- Select the state, city and location of the office visited and click next
- Select the type of service/product received and click next
- Answer all the survey questions to rate the customer satisfaction
- At the end of the survey, enter the contact information to enter the Kindle prize draw (optional)
After completing the survey, customers have the option to enter the drawing for a Kindle. Customers can only be
entered into the drawing once regardless of how many times the customer uses the Brown & Brown insurance service.
What is the prize?
At the end of the survey, a random drawing will be held to select one winner for the survey prize from all the eligible customers who completed the survey. The winner will receive a kindle Fire worth approximately $250. The potential winner will be notified through email within 10 days of the drawing.
