The Munchkin Registry Sweeps PROMOTION is open to all legal US residents who are 18 years of age or older* and are not an employee of Toys”R”Us-Delaware, Inc. (“Toys”R”Us”) (“Sponsor”), Munchkin Inc., matrixx Pictures LLC, MPG Global, Triad Retail Media or Triad Digital Media.

How to partipcate in the Babies”R”Us Munchkin Sweeps?

To enter this legendary sweepstakes customers will be REQUIRED to create and maintain a Babies”R”Us “Baby Registry”
Only one entry per person
Baby Registry registration is free and customers are NOT required to make a purchase to register or enter the Babies”R”Us Munchkin Registry Sweepstakes
All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on April 22, 2015

One grand prize consisting of a $2,500.00 Babies”R”Us Gift Card will be awarded
A winner list is available and must be requested in writing no later than May 31, 2015 **
To create a Babies”R”Us registry customers will have to provide their name and registry number
By singing up for the registry customers will receive 10% back on certain Babies”R”Us products
Potential winner must complete, sign, notarize and return all required forms to matrixx Pictures within five (5) days AND will be issued a w9 form

*Residents in the states Alabama or Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older to enter WHILE residents in the state of Mississippi will be required to be 21 years of age
