Hanover has been one of the leading providers of insurance for over 150 years. That’s a long time to be offering peace of mind to those hedging against life’s uncertainties. And Hanover is available to everyone, businesses and individuals alike. They cover everything from industrial risks and management liability to standard auto and home insurance. With so much coverage out there, it only makes sense that Hanover customers have quick and easy online access to their data. And with MyHanoverPolicy, customers can access their policy info as well as pay bills and make claims right from their computer or handheld device.

How to create a MyHanoverPolicy account

  • Head to mycitizenspolicy.com and click “Create an Account”
  • Enter your policy number or customer number
  • Enter your zip code
  • Click “Continue”
  • Follow the prompts on screen to choose a password and complete the registration process

As mentioned above, Hanover wants to make paying bills as painless and efficient as possible. Policyholders can simply log on to their account and pay their monthly bills, and there are a number of extra features as well. For example, Hanover customers can enroll in automatic payments with EFT. Those who do sign up will have their bill deducted from their bank each month. Customers have total control over which day they choose to make automatic payments (between the 1st and 28th of the month), and there are no excess fees or monthly charges. Those business insurance customers have access to CheckFree, a system that allows folks to pay their bill via a checking account. And every time the bill is ready for viewing, the customer will receive an alert.
