How to enter the Carpet Right “Do We Measure Up?” Customer survey

- Click “Start”
- Enter your order number and the amount spent as they appear on your receipt
- Enter the date of purchase and the time of purchase (also found on the receipt)
- Answer the survey questions based on your previous Carpet Right visit
Those who take the time to complete the survey will be automatically entered to win the Do We Measure Up Sweepstakes. This is a monthly giveaway open to all survey participants who are members of the UK and the Republic of Ireland ages 18 and over. Winners will be selected at random, and each monthly prize giveaway consists of a 500-pound High Street Gift Voucher. The winners will be notified by phone or email within seven days of the selection. They will then need to redeem their prize or face disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
